DPR Construction was born from a simple belief: the secret to happiness is progress. As we built Dragon Pride Realty into an award-winning real estate business, we saw a growing demand for reliable, quality construction. Our clients needed more than help finding a property. They needed trusted people to build, improve and develop it.
So in 2026 we established DPR Construction as a separate, NHBRC-accredited business, bringing construction expertise and real estate insight together. Our vision is a seamless property journey, from finding the right space to transforming, developing and building it into something that creates lasting value.
